Our Hydraulic Test Stand is a thorough, efficient and eco-
nomical way to test and repair hydraulic components right
in your plant - there by reducing replacement costs, down
time and spare components inventory.

It allows you to connect a variety of hydraulic pumps with
the adapters provided. Simulate actual load conditions
with pressures up to 5000 psi, variable rpm to 2100, and
flow in either direction. Our Test Stand lets you rate pump
efficiency, obtain desired break-in and spot leaks quickly.

The Test Stand can accommodate a broad range of
hydraulic motors which can be easily mounted to test
efficiency in either direction. Dynamic motor shaft loading
provides the operator with many options for establishing
motor performance. Instrumentation includes digital RPM
and GPM readouts and load/pressure gauges.

The unit provides for effective and efficient testing of cylinders for external and internal leakage, stroke and travel. Many different types of cylinders can be tested under working pressures of up to 5000 psi.

Our Test Stand has been designed to permit testing of a wide variety of hydraulic valves (including 4-way directional valves). All necessary instrumentation and electrical circuitry is provided for testing solenoid operated control valves for leakage, flow rates and prescribed operator pressure settings.

Standard and Custom Test Stands are available. Each unit is thoroughly tested before shipment
and installation is supervised by Norman specialists. We can train your personnel in operation and
maintenance of the equipment.
